It’s a kind of meat that connected to the 11th breast half-vertebra of front quarter and obtained by cutting of muscles and ribs of the rump at a distance 5-10 cm away from side ends of back muscles. In each vacuumed packages, there is 1 Entrecote (3,5-5 kg). Average weight of a parcel or a plastic case is 20-25 kg. Storage Conditions: For vacuumed packages: 0°C – +4°C, storage duration: 10-15 days; 12 months at -18°C.
